New Recipe
Ok, anyone who knows me, knows I can't cook if does not come with instructions. Even with them, I can screw up frequently. But tonight I threw together a casserole with stuff in my fridge, and I thought I would share it with you.
Crow Chicken Casserole
3 Large Chicken Breasts - cooked & diced
1 Box Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)
1/2 Bag of Frozen Spinach - cooked
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
3/4 C Milk
1/3 C Chopped Onion
1/3 C Shredded Carrots
1/2 C Shredded Cheese
Cook chicken breasts in microwave, skillet, boil or oven, then chop into bite size pieces. While Chicken's cooking, put spinach on to a medium boil for about 5-7 minutes. Also follow box instructions for cooking the stove top. Put cooked chicken, cooked spinach, carrots, and onions into a large casserole dish. In a separate bowl, mix 1 can soup and milk together then pour on top of chicken and vegetables and mix together. Pour the stove top on top of the casserole and put in 300 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Take out and sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Put back in oven until cheese is all melted. Please be careful, it will be hot. Serves 6. Goes great with salad or other crunchy side! Enjoy!!
