Sleep Eludes Me, and for Once it's Not Josiah's Fault

So for once I was sound asleep and loving it. Then, with a loud noise I was startled awake enough to also wake up Josiah. We have the bedroom windows open and the neighbor's A/C had kicked on. But since it took me about a half hour to realize that was the noise, I then had to pee. Now I have been awake about 90 minutes and their A/C has kicked off - but how long will that last? Will I be jolted awake again as soon as I close the laptop? Ugh, I hope not.
